Coretrax, a leading oil industry servicer specializing in cleaning and closing oil wells, recently opened a new office to service energy industry operations in the Al Rai area of Kuwait.
Well-functioning wells need to be cleaned to ensure safety and efficient production while wells at the end of their lifespans must be capped off properly to avoid danger to personnel and the environment.
Coretrax's new Kuwait office represents the fifth facility the company has launched in the Middle East in the last four years, a testament to the growing demand of engineered services for capping and cleaning oil wells in the region.
Coretrax, based in Aberdeen, Scotland, recently entered into a new partnership working with the Alghanim Oil Gas Co., prompting the new Al Rai office.
Coretrax Global Business Development Director John Fraser said the company has worked hard to retain every customer it has won since expanding to the Middle East in 2011. That commitment has led to a 100 percent customer retention rate in that period.
“We are firm believers in offering excellent service quality, and having a number of bases in the Middle East allows us to continue to deliver this service locally to our customers,” Fraser said. “We have achieved great success in the Middle East, where many of our innovative products and services are particularly well-received, and we are confident that we will be able to continue to grow in the coming months and years.”
