Resort-style residential units recently went on sale in Dubai's AKOYA Oxygen master development.
Prices of three-bedroom apartments begin at $340,307 with units payable over a three year period.
The apartments are part of AKOYA Oxygen's hotel complex known as The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences, which features artificial sandy beaches, expansive pools, spas, restaurants, gyms and entertainment areas. As part of the 55-million-square-foot AKOYA Oxygen development launched by real estate developer DAMAC Properties, residents will also have access to an 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design.
"The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences is for those who would like to enjoy relaxed, resort-like living and escape from the bustle of urban life," DAMAC Properties Managing Director Ziad El Chaar said. "The serenity of the community and the green, open spaces are best-suited to residents and tourists who treasure the tranquility of a beach-front setting while still being in close proximity to the city. The hotel units will also provide investors with the opportunity to be part of the emirate’s flourishing hospitality industry, with lucrative returns and hassle-free management through a rental agreement with the operator, where the administration, management, bookings and maintenance are taken care of.”
