UAE-based TIME Hotels has named Laurent Barelier as its new corporate director of revenue management and e-distribution as the company implements growth plans.
French national Barelier has more than 17 years of corporate hospitality experience and has worked for successful international hospitality chains globally. He has held senior management roles with Intercontinental in Greece, Accor Hotels in Dubai and Wyndham Hotel group in Dubai. He also served as management consultant for the Majestic Tower Hotel in Dubai.
"Laurent has a wealth of experience and an in-depth understanding of the requirements of a hotel chain of TIME Hotels stature combined the technical ability from a corporate revenue perspective," Mohamed Awadalla, CEO of TIME Hotels, said. "These skills, paired with good knowledge of pre-opening strategies and implementation, will be crucial as we look to add to promote our business in Q4 2016 and throughout 2017."
Barelier is an active member of AIESEC, a youth leadership development organization, and the Dubai branch of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI).
