Optics can set its sights on a whole new market thanks to a strategic alliance it has inked with International Golden Group (IGG), which supplies the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces with high-end defense and security equipment, PR Newswire reported recently.
Fraser, which sells handheld stabilized optics to the United States
Department of Defense, law enforcement agencies and military forces worldwide, will provide its leading-edge technology to IGG’s
clients in the UAE. Both companies benefit from the partnership: Fraser extends
its global reach while IGG strengthens its position as the leader in Emirates
military equipment.
Fraser was founded in 1971 and has operations in the United States, Asia
and Europe. Besides the Defense Department, the company also provides equipment to the departments of Justice, Interior and Homeland Security.
IGG, an Abu Dhabi-based company founded in 2002, supplies the UAE's Ministry
of Interior and other defense and security organizations, in addition to the UAE military.
