KIPCO buys controlling stake in Jordan Kuwait Bank

Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO) said last week it purchased a 51 percent share of Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) from its subsidiary Burgan Bank. The move is an effort by KIPCO as a parent company to both lighten and bolster the Burgan's balance sheet. Kuwait's central bank issuing coins commemorating UN humanitarian award

The Central Bank of Kuwait has released new commemorative coins celebrating Kuwaiti leader and Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah’s recognition by the United Nations as Humanitarian Leader of 2014.
