Aster DM Healthcare buys majority stake in Saudi Arabia’s Sanad Hospital

With its recent acquisition, Aster DM Healthcare now has a 97 percent stake in Sanad Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Sanad has 250 patient beds, more than 100 physicians and surgeons as well as 800 employees. Aster DM Healthcare upped their ownership stake in Sanad Hospital by 57 percent earlier this month in an investment worth $245 million, giving it interests in six hospitals. Bahrain to start phase 2 of LED traffic project

Bahrain’s Ministry of Works will kick off phase 2 of its plan to convert the Gulf nation’s traffic lights to modern LED traffic signals in November.
